As you enter through the entry courtyard with a artisinal fountain you will find that Casa Mega Point has a warn sophisticated feel. The house boasts natural woods, marble floors, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
The bedrooms are spacious and open with walk-in bathrooms complemented by quality linens in natural tones. The bedrooms are located on different floors allowing for personal privacy while also having opportunity to gather large groups together and socialize in a common indoor/outdoor living area. Master Bedroom 1 has a separate entrance in the entry courtyard and is very private with its own stove, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. There is a kingsize bed, sleeper sofa and full bathroom with a jacuzzi and large walk-in closet.
In the main house there are two bedrooms suites on the entrance level. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have Kingsize Beds, Full Baths with Showers. Down a flight of stairs is the main living area with powder room, living room with 42″ LED screen tv, dining room with seating for 10 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar, The kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove. This area opens up to the outdoor deck area. Bedroom 4 is on this main level with Kingsize bed, sofa sleeper and full bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms 5,6,7, and 8 are located one level down and each have kingsize beds with private bathrooms and showers.
Bedrooms 9 and 10 are another level down and have a common area with a kitchen and small living area. They have comfortable beds and bathrooms. Bedrooms 11 and 12 are on the street level and do not have views. They have Kingsize beds and large bathrooms with showers. Bedroom 13 & 14 – information available on request.
The outdoor pool deck area features a large fully tiled swimming pool complete with a shallow end that fits 3 chaise lounge chairs. There is a 16 person jacuzzi and gorgeous teak lounge furniture including additional dining for 7 guests. Surrounding the pool are spacious sun beds, two of which are fully enclosable with curtains. The large outdoor bar features an automatic ice maker with purified water, a small fridge and shelving for glasses and refreshments.
The outdoor terrace boasts a fantastic view of the Pacific as well as amenities such as a BBQ, an outdoor firepit and, a gorgeous infinity pool.
Casa Mega Point features a completely soundproofed Private Party Room with a state of the art sound system with 8 speakers, 2 flat screen LED TV’s, 2 lighted disco balls, mirrored stage w/dancing pole 2 laser lights, full wet bar, DJ table with 2 CD turntables, lounging bed, bathroom with shower, and 2 bedrooms that convert to a private lounge area.
