Located within the gated community of Punta Bella, just outside of San Jose del Cabo, this home site perched atop a breezy bluff, just steps away from the beach that is shared with the One and Only Hotel Palmilla.

Expansive views of the beach, ocean surf and rocky tide pools, can all be enjoyed from the poolside deck. Majestic Cantera stone columns outline the shaded porches of the outdoor cantina. A heated pool with swim up seats and twin dolphin fountains is dramatically terraced over the hillside. The fully furnished kitchen is all inclusive with Viking, Subzero appliances and cappuccino machine. Plates, glasses and silverware are all provided. If you prefer, the service of a chef can be arranged to handle your food preparation. There are outdoor dining areas, as well.

The spacious floor plan features five bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The large Master Suite and Guest Suite have balconies that open onto the pool and ocean. The Master Suite has one king bed; the Guest Suite has one king bed; bedroom three has one king bed; and bedroom four has two queen beds and the courtyard suite has a king bed with private sitting area.
